Shipping policy

Packages are prepared and shipped Monday-Wednesday. It usually takes 3-5 business days to complete delivery once it has been shipped, but that may change during high-volume periods, like during the holidays. Depending on your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Please note: Once a package has been accepted by the shipping service for delivery to you, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
