Refund policy

General Returns: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery is completed on your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Used candles (burned or lit in any way) cannot be returned or refunded. 

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@maisonmarcellehome.com. Please provide the order number. At this time, your are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please consider delivery confirmation, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damage in Transit: We inspect every order before it is shipped, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, please let us know at hello@maisonmarcellehome.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable. You will receive an email from us when we issue your refund, but it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
